**What is a Buzz Session?**
A Buzz Session is a casual discussion with colleagues focused on a specific topic. This format seamlessly blends informal learning with networking, allowing participants to share insights, cultivate connections, and get back to their busy day.
**What will we talk about?**
Some questions we will discuss include:
1. How can supervisors create opportunities for feedback throughout the year rather than saving it for the annual evaluation?
2. What does recognition look like in your organization? Is it perceived as meaningful?
3. How can supervisors learn what type of recognition their direct reports prefer?
